Bibliometric analysis of exosomes in skin aging: Key trends and hotspots (2015–2024)
Research on exosomes in skin aging has grown rapidly, with China, South Korea, and the USA leading in output and influence. The field is transitioning from basic mechanistic studies to translational applications, with a focus on exosome-mediated regeneration, anti-aging therapies, and drug delivery systems. Future directions should emphasize international collaboration, quality improvement, and exploration of novel exosome sources and mechanisms.
