Surgical outcomes of Ahmed valve implantation with mitomycin C in glaucoma with and without high myopia
AGV implantation in glaucoma eyes with high myopia showed lower surgical success compared to those without high myopia. Longer AL is a significant risk factor for surgical failure, underscoring the importance of careful monitoring after AGV implantation in such cases.
