While AI offers remarkable advancements, it also introduces complex legal and constitutional challenges, especially concerning the right to privacy, personal data protection, and fundamental freedoms. In Egypt, the current legal and constitutional frameworks struggle to keep pace with the rapid development of AI technologies, raising urgent questions about the compatibility of AI applications with constitutional principles and human dignity. This paper seeks to analyze the constitutional challenges posed by AI in the Egyptian context and proposes legal reforms that align with both national legal standards and international human rights principles. The study emphasizes the need to strike a careful balance between technological innovation and the protection of individual rights within a democratic legal order.
