HAPLOIDENTICAL HEMATOPOIETIC STEM CELL TRANSPLANTATION WITH POST-TRANSPLANT CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE FOR CHILDREN WITH JUVENILE MYELOMONOCYTIC LEUKEMIA
transplant. One NRAS-mutated patient only received 6 courses of azacitidine and had resolution of disease without HSCT.Overall survival in 10 patients, with a median FU time of 3yr9mo since diagnosis and 3yr3mo after first HSCT (n=9) is 90%.(Two patients are within 1 year from first or second HSCT and one is prior to first HSCT and thus outcome cannot yet be reported). Conclusions: Overall survival in the Dutch cohort is excellent.Three of four patients with relapse after first transplant and more than 1yr after a second (or third) transplant are disease free.
