GENETIC MUTATIONAL PROFILE INFLUENCES THE MORPHOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ABNORMAL MONOCYTES IN PATIENTS WITH JUVENILE MYELOMONOCYTIC LEUKEMIA
Background: Juvenile myelomonocytic leukemia (JMML) is a rare myelodysplastic/myeloproliferative neoplasm arising during infancy and early childhood, characterized by monocytosis and mutations in the RAS signaling pathway. Although abnormal monocytes are a key feature of JMML, systematic evaluation of their morphological abnormalities has not been conducted in a large patient cohort.
