Superior Capsular Reconstruction Using Biceps Tendon Autograft with Novel Biceps Tenodesis Arthroscopic Fixation: A Case Report
Primary repair of a complete supraspinatus tear was attempted, but due to tendon retraction and inability to mobilize the supraspinatus back to the footprint, SCR utilizing the long head biceps tendon was performed. In addition, a novel technique of biceps tenodesis fixation utilizing an all-suture knotless anchor is used.
