Front Cover: Vanadium Oxide with Molecular‐Level Conducting Pathways for High‐Rate Sodium‐Ion Batteries (ChemSusChem 21/2025)
The Front Cover illustrates an ultrafast sodium-ion battery based on vanadium oxide (V2O5) inter calated with short-chain aniline trimers (AT). The AT molecules act as molecular pillars between the vanadium oxide layers, thereby enlarging the interlayer spacing and forming conductive pathways that accelerate sodium-ion transport. This structural modification boosts the capacity of V2O5 and stabilizes its structure during cycling. More information can be found in the Research Article by M. F. El-Kady, R. B. Kaner and co-workers (DOI: 10.1002/cssc.202500913). Illustration designed by M.E.-K.
