TREATMENT OF VULVAR LICHEN SCLEROSUS WITH NANOFAT AND AUTOLOGOUS EXOSOMES: A CASE REPORT
Lichen sclerosus is a chronic inflammatory skin condition that primarily affects the genital region, often leading to significant discomfort and reduced quality of life. Conventional therapies such as topical corticosteroids provide symptom relief but are not curative. Here we report the case of a 57-year-old female with refractory vulvar lichen sclerosus successfully treated with autologous NanoFat and exosomes. Clinical outcomes suggest regenerative therapies may offer a promising alternative approach.
