LEFT RENAL ARTERY ANEURYSM: CASE REPORT AND LITERATURE REVIEW
Renal artery aneurysm is a rare vascular entity, usually diagnosed incidentally during imaging studies. Its estimated prevalence ranges between 0.1% and 1% in the general population. Although most cases are asymptomatic, some may present with hypertension, hematuria, or abdominal pain. This article presents the case of a patient with a left renal artery aneurysm diagnosed by computed tomography angiography and successfully treated endovascularly. The literature on its etiology, diagnosis, and therapeutic management is reviewed.
