Concordance between single-time-point and multiple-time-point dosimetry in 177Lu-PSMA-I&T therapy for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer
A single quantitative scan at ~48 h provides OAR dosimetry concordant with MTP, while lesion estimates are best captured at ~48-120 h. Early STP imaging (~20 h) should not be used alone for lesions. Findings support a pragmatic, concordance-oriented dosimetry workflow for routine 177 Lu-PSMA-I&T care.
