Cesarean Scar Pregnancy: A Case Series
A cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) is a variant of uterine ectopic pregnancy defined by full or partial implantation of the gestational sac in the scar of a previous cesarean section. There has been an increase in the number of cesarean births in the last decade. This has invariably led to an increase in the incidence of cesarean scar pregnancies.Currently, there are no clear guidelines available on the management of CSP.We have presented a case series of three such cases managed at our institution. An individualized treatment plan was made for each case which led to a successful outcome.
