Digital Supply Chain Management: Paradigm Revolution and Technology Integration: A Multi-dimensional Study Based on Complex Adaptive Systems Theory
Based on complex adaptive systems theory, this study constructs a "technology-organization-ecosystem" cross-level analytical framework to explore in-depth the transformation paths and implementation mechanisms of digital supply chain management. Through mixed research methods integrating panel data from 612 companies and in-depth analysis of 5 typical cases, we propose the Technology Adaptation Curve (TAC) model, digital ecosystem governance matrix, and multi-level resilience assessment system. The findings reveal: (1) technology synergy can produce positive (IoT+5G increases 27%) or negative (blockchain+AI costs increase 41%) effects, with data connectivity rate exceeding 73% being the critical threshold for triggering network effects; (2) medium-sized enterprises demonstrate the highest digital transformation elasticity (0.57); (3) digital ecosystems are evolving toward decentralization, with core enterprise betweenness centrality decreasing by 23%. This research provides systematic theoretical guidance and actionable practical pathways for enterprise digital transformation.
