<i>In situ</i> reduction engineering of NiFe–NiFe 2 O 4 heterojunctions for interfacial coupling toward efficient bifunctional zinc–air batteries

Tuning the electronic interface in heterostructures yields a high-performance bifunctional oxygen electrocatalyst (Δ E = 0.68 V). The assembled Zn–air batteries show excellent performance, enabling a new path for green electrocatalysts.
