Determinants of Neonatal Mortality in Nepal, 2011- 2016: A Comparative Analysis

The study highlights that pregnancy duration, postnatal check-ups, and antenatal visits consistently influenced neonatal mortality across both surveys. Given the rarity of studies addressing program impacts on neonatal mortality, this research suggests conducting panel studies to better understand the slow decline of neonatal mortality in Nepal.
