Preservation Of Living Tissue Of Young Permanent Teeth
The child reported spontaneous pain in the right lower posterior teeth for three days, and had a towering tooth tip broken to seek treatment. The patient, was reported by his parents to have spontaneous pain in the right lower posterior tooth area for three days, and a high tooth tip was broken. Examination: There were target-like fracture marks and extensive caries on the 45 occlusal surface, percussion pain (+), no loosening, and gingival flushing. X-Ray showed 45 low-density shadows and pith with high pith Angle, 2/3 root formation, and periapical low-density imaging. 45 Chronic periapical inflammation was diagnosed. 45 inflammatory tissue preservation, crown resin repair. The affected tooth was regularly revisited and X-ray film was taken to observe the healing of periapical inflammation and the development of tooth roots. Inflammatory tissue preservation is a more conservative method for pulp treatment of young permanent teeth by taking advantage of the histological characteristics of young permanent tooth pulp tissue with strong regenerative and repair ability. More and more patients with cariogenic pulp exposure, irreversible pulpitis and periapical periodontitis are successfully preserved in clinical cases. Therefore, a more conservative treatment of young permanent teeth is expected in order to achieve a better prognosis. After years of follow-up observation, 45 patients had no clinical symptoms and the crown square filling was intact. X-Ray The low density shadow around the root tip disappeared, and continued root development was completed.
