Analysis Of Multilayer Precolored Zirconia After Multiple Low-Temperature Sintering
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the mechanical properties of multilayer pre-colored zirconia after multiple low temperature sintering and the effect of bonding properties with resin cement. The multi-layer pre-colored zirconia ceramic specimens after high temperature crystallization were randomly divided into 5 groups. The surface characteristic of the sample was characterized by scanning electron, Water contact angle and X-ray diffraction. Preparation of Vickers hardness, Three-point bending strength, Vickrs hardness, three-point flexural strength, elastic modulus and shear strength were tested. The results were analyzed statistically (α=0.05) and the stress displacement curve was drawn. 1. SEM: obvious particle morphology of different sizes can be observed on the surface of zirconium sheets in each group. 2. WCA: the value of water contact angle decreases with the increase of sintering times. 3. VH: with the increase of sintering times, the Vickers hardness of zirconium sheet decreases. 4. Bending strength and modulus of elasticity increase with the increase of sintering times, and the result of stress-strain curve also confirms this result. 5. XRD: The crystal structure of the test pieces of each experimental group is tetragonal, and there is no crystal phase transformation. With the increase of sintering times in low temperature mode, some material properties of multi-layer pre-colored zirconia changed, the crystal size gradually decreased and defects and cracks appeared, while the hardness decreased, the bending strength and elastic modulus gradually increased, and the crystal structure did not change significantly.
