Cyberpharmacological Study Of How Aucubin Works In Treating Chronic Periodontitis
This study aimed to evaluate the potential of aucubin as a novel therapeutic agent for periodontitis and to investigate the molecular mechanisms by which it modulates inflammatory response and inhibits periodontal pathogens. We screened the key targets of aucubin for the treatment of periodontitis using DEG, WGCNA, machine learning, Cytoscape, molecular docking and other biosignature methods and validated them by in vitro/in vivo experiments. Bioinformatics analysis has successfully screened the key targets of aucubin in the treatment of periodontitis, and in vitro and in vivo experiments have confirmed its therapeutic effects through multi-target synergistic mechanisms. Aucubin effectively improves the periodontal microenvironment through a multi-target synergistic mechanism and has the potential to be developed as a novel targeted therapeutic.
