Application Research Of Digital Guide Plate In Dental Implant Restoration
Objective: To explore the application and clinical effects of 3D digital implant guide plates in dental implant restoration. Method: Sixty patients with missing teeth treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group used traditional planting restoration methods, while the research group used 3D digital planting guide plates for planting restoration. The pain scores of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 1, 3, and 6 months after surgery (P<0.05). In terms of accuracy evaluation indicators for implants, the study group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). The survival rate of the research group's implants was 96.67%, significantly higher than the control group's 80.00% (P<0.05). Digital implant guide plate improves surgical accuracy and success rate, and digital implantation is in line with future development trends.
