Clinical Significance Of Preoperative Indicators In Diagnosing Salivary Gland Tumors
To explore the value of preoperative related indicators in diagnosis of benign and malignant salivary gland tumors, and to provide a reference basis for the preoperative diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign and malignant salivary gland tumors. Salivary gland tumor patients were collected and divided into PA group, AL group and SMT group. Healthy people were used as control group. Data were collected NLR, PLR, LMR, SII, SIRI and OPNI were calculated. Predictive value of each index for salivary gland tumors was evaluated by drawing ROC curves and calculating AUC. Compared with control group, differences in ALB, RDW-SD, RDW-CV, OPNI, and SIRI were statistically significant (P < 0.05). AUC values of SIRI and RDW-CV for predicting PA were 0.658 and 0.714 respectively, and AUC of combined detection of SIRI + RDW-CV was 0.767. The AUC values of ALB, RDW-SD, RDW-CV, and OPNI for predicting AL were 0.723, 0.792, 0.798, and 0.715 respectively, and the AUC for predicting SMT were 0.840, 0.762, 0.739, and 0.838 respectively. Combined detection of indicators showed that the AUC of four indicators of RDW-CV + RDW-SD + ALB + OPNI was 0.903 and 0.933 respectively, and the diagnostic efficacy was the highest. SIRI and RDW-CV are indicators for predicting PA; ALB, RDW-CV, RDW-SD, and OPNI are indicators for predicting AL and SMT; combined index detection is superior to individual index detection, with better predictive value.
