Research On Patient Satisfaction With Neutral Zone Complete Dentures

To compare patients' satisfaction between neutral zone complete dentures and traditional complete dentures in edentulous patients. Methods Twenty edentulous patients were first treated with traditional complete dentures. After three months of wear, they were switched to neutral zone complete dentures. The effectiveness was evaluated using satisfaction questionnaires at 1-month and 3-month intervals following each denture placement. Compared with traditional complete dentures, neutral zone complete dentures demonstrated significant improvements in comfort and retention stability after three months of wear (P < 0.01). Neutral zone complete dentures enhance denture performance by improving stability and comfort for edentulous patients.
