The Mechanism Of C Migration And Aggregation
To study on the Mechanism of AFAP1-AS1 in the Induction of periodontal ligament stem cells Migration and Aggregation by Fluoroapatite Modified Polycaprolactone Nanofiber Scaffold By using fluoride ion detector, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, live cell fluorescence labeling, cytoskeleton fluorescence staining and imaging, Transwell migration experiment, bioinformatics network big data analysis, exosome extraction and detection, RNA high-throughput detection and analysis, RNA overexpression or silencing, glycolysis rate determination, mitochondrial stress testing, the effects of FA and FA-PCL scaffolds on the microenvironment, as well as the effects of special microenvironments (FA or FA-PCL scaffolds with different microstructures) on PDLSCs; the role of AFAP1-AS1 in intercellular communication, energy metabolism, and dynamic reorganization of the cytoskeleton were studied. FA and FA-PCL scaffolds can change the microenvironment, and these special microenvironments can induce PDLSCs migration and aggregation. AFAP1-AS1 is very importent in intercellular communication, energy metabolism, and dynamic reorganization of the cytoskeleton. stem cells can recognize FA-PCL microtopography, receive induction, AFAP1-AS1 expression is enhanced and released with exosomes, adjacent cells acquire exosomes, activate related signaling pathways and energy responses, dynamically restructure the cytoskeleton to form pseudopodia, and ultimately migrate and aggregate cells
