Accuracy Of Posterior Tooth Implantation Guided By Dynamic Navigation System.
This study utilized dynamic navigation system to perform implant surgery in the posterior maxilla and mandible. Postoperative three-dimensional accuracy analysis of the implants was conducted to investigate the influence of simultaneous bone grafting and the alveolar bone density within 1mm around the implants on placement accuracy. This study collected data from patients who visited our hospital between December 2022 and December 2023. Based on preoperative information, a navigation plan was designed, and the surgery was performed by the same doctor. Postoperative data were collected. The linear deviations between the actual implant site and the virtual design site (neck, endpoint, depth, and axial angle) were analyzed, along with the average bone density of the alveolar bone 1mm around the implant. Statistical analysis was performed, and a P value < 0.05 indicates statistical significance. The angular and depth deviations are greater in the simultaneous bone grafting group than in the non-simultaneous group. Maxillary posterior implants show greater deviations than mandibular implants. Surrounding bone density negatively correlates with the depth deviation of implants placed under dynamic navigation guidance. Simultaneous bone augmentation surgery increases the angular and depth errors of posterior tooth implants under dynamic navigation guidance, but has minimal impact on implant point and endpoint accuracy; The accuracy of maxillary posterior tooth implants is lower than that of mandibular implants; Simultaneous bone augmentation surgery amplifies the accuracy difference between maxillary and mandibular implants; The higher the bone density around the implant, the greater the angular error.
