Ptt Of Tscc Based On The Au-Hn-1
To develop a nanosystem with precise targeting ability for the efficient diagnosis and treatment of tongue squamous cell carcinoma (TSCC), addressing the insufficient specificity and efficacy of existing treatment methods. The Au-HN-1 nanosystem was prepared through electrochemical exchange reaction and amidation reaction. Techniques such as transmission electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy were used to characterize its structure and properties. Multiple cell lines and a mouse model of TSCC were employed as research objects. In vitro and in vivo experiments were conducted to evaluate the targeting ability, cytotoxicity, photothermal therapy effect, and in vivo distribution of the nanosystem. The Au-HN-1 nanosystem was successfully synthesized, and its properties such as particle size and potential met the expectations. It had stable fluorescence and a high X-ray attenuation coefficient, showing a concentration-dependent enhancement effect in CT imaging. In vitro experiments demonstrated that Au-HN-1 could specifically target TSCC cells. Under near-infrared light irradiation, it effectively inhibited cell viability, induced apoptosis, and suppressed cell migration and invasion. In vivo experiments revealed that the nanosystem could rapidly accumulate at the tumor site, significantly reducing the tumor volume with no obvious toxicity to normal tissues. The Au-HN-1 nanosystem shows great potential in the diagnosis and photothermal treatment of TSCC. It is expected to become a new and effective treatment method, bringing better treatment prospects for TSCC patients.
