Cu2mos4 Hollow Nanospheres For Periodontitis Treatment

This work proposed a new piezoelectric catalytic treatment strategy for periodontitis. Periodontitis is an infectious disease caused by bacteria that causes most teeth to fall out, in this work we proposed a kind of nano-enzyme Cu2MoS4, The nanase both has OXD,POD and CAT multi-enzyme activities, at the same time can occur double cascade reaction. Under the influence of ultrasound, the activity of similar enzymes can be significantly improved. It has obvious antibacterial effect. Cu2MoS4 hollow nanospheres, hydrogen peroxide solution, ultrasonic therapy apparatus, porphyromonas gingivalis. According to the group, the prepared bacterial solution, sample and hydrogen peroxide were put into the test tube respectively, and ultrasonic treatment was carried out according to the group. After the treated bacterial solution is diluted 1000 times, it is coated and counted to calculate the bactericidal rate. Under alkaline conditions, the activities of all enzymes were significantly improved. In vitro antibacterial results showed that 100 ug/mL Cu2MoS4 under ultrasonic excitation can achieve 99% antibacterial rate, has a significant antibacterial effect. Animal models show that Cu2MoS4 nanoenzymes can significantly prevent the development of periodontitis and inhibit bone resorption. The nano-enzyme has obvious antibacterial effect and can inhibit the development of periodontitis
