Maxillary Sinus Floor Elevation Using Allograft: Clinical And Experimental Studies.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the difference between the use of allogenic bone collagen material after trans-alveolar sinus lift procedure with simultaneous implant placement. 1)In the clinical study, a total of 28 patients were included, including 14 in the control group and 14 in the experimental group. Both the collagen sponge (control group) and allogenic bone collagen(test group) were performed alveolar sinus lift through with simultaneous implant placement. Imaging data of patients were collected for 3D model measurement and implant stability was tested. 2) The materials were cultured with MC3T3-E1 and hMSC in vitro to detect cell adhesion, proliferation and osteogenic differentiation. 3) The bilateral self-controlled maxillary sinus lifting rabbits model was established. Samples were collected 4, 8 and 12 weeks after surgery for Micro-CT analysis. He, MASSON and IHC were analyzed the early osteogenesis effect. The results of clinical study showed that the filling of allogeneic bone collagen was beneficial to maintain the spatial stability of bone graft after lifting, and had a positive effect on early osteogenesis. The cell experiment and experimental rabbit models proved that the allogeneic bone collagen has the ability of enhancing cell proliferation and osteogenic differentiation, indicating the positive promoting effect on early osteogenesis. The properties of allogeneic bone collagen can positively promote the maintenance of bone graft space and the osteogenic effect.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the difference between the use of allogenic bone collagen material after trans-alveolar sinus lift procedure with simultaneous implant placement. 1)In the clinical study, a total of 28 patients were included, including 14 in the control group and 14 in the experimental group.
