Digitalization Helps The Aesthetic Restoration Of Anterior Interdental Spaces
To explore the aesthetic effect of digital technology combined with ultra-thin porcelain veneers in the scattered space of anterior teeth caused by periodontitis, so as to provide a reference for clinical treatment. In recent years, the patient's upper and lower anterior teeth have appeared scattered in the 2-3mm gap due to periodontitis, the teeth are not aligned, which consciously affects the appearance, after periodontal system treatment, there is no obvious change in the size of the gap for 1 year. Use oral scanning, facial scanning, and electronic facial arch to obtain digital information of patients for four-dimensional smile design. The ultra-thin porcelain veneers were used to close the anterior tooth space and align the dentition. The four-dimensional smile design can dynamically display the expected effect of the treatment, and combined with ultra-thin porcelain veneers, it can better achieve the aesthetic effect. With the help of digital technology, ultra-thin porcelain veneers have a good aesthetic effect in the scattered space of the anterior teeth caused by periodontitis.
