The Effect Of Simple Positioning Guide In Maxillary Anterior Tooth

To summarize the application effect of simple positioning implant guide in maxillary anterior tooth implant surgery. A total of 80 patients with maxillary anterior tooth loss who underwent pre-implantation surgery in the implantology Department of Urumqi Stomatology Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was implanted with conventional implant surgery (without implant guide). The observation group implanted the implant using the suggested positioning implant guide assisted technique. The clinical effect and the deviation of implant position were compared between the two groups. The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was slightly higher than that of the control group (p< 0.05), the difference was statistically significant. The implant insertion point and root tip square deviation Angle in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (p < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. Compared with the traditional technique, the simple positioning implant guide technique for maxillary anterior tooth implantation has good clinical implant repair effect, and helps to improve the implant precision, which is worth popularizing.
