Study On Promotion Of Remineralization By Stannous Fluoride And Ferumoxytol
To explore the effect of stannous fluoride combined with Ferumoxytol aqueous solution on promoting remineralization of demineralized enamel in vitro. Eighty standard-compliant human enamel slices were prepared and immersed in demineralization solution to simulate the demineralization process of dental tissues in the human oral cavity. After demineralization, they were classified into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group was further divided into subgroups A, B, C, D, E, F, and G. Subgroup A was treated with a 250 PPM aqueous solution of sodium fluoride, subgroup B with a 250 PPM aqueous solution of stannous fluoride, and subgroups C, D, E, F, and G with 250, 150, 100, and 50 PPM aqueous solutions of stannous fluoride combined with Ferumoxytol, respectively. The control group was immersed in deionized water. After the immersion process, their microhardness was measured, and they were observed under a scanning electron microscope and subjected to mass spectrometry analysis. The remineralization effect of 100PPM stannous fluoride combined with Ferumoxytol group is basically the same as that of 250PPM sodium fluoride group, which reduces the concentration of fluorine preparations. Stannous fluoride combined with Ferumoxytol makes the aqueous solution of stannous fluoride stable. It provides a safer and more effective option for young children who cannot use fluoride in high concentrations. The aqueous solution of Ferumoxytol combined with stannous fluoride can promote the stability and effectiveness of stannous fluoride aqueous solution, which provides a new idea for its application in stomatology in China.
