Study On Biocompatibility Of Piezoelectric Bionic Bone In Vitro
To study the biocompatibility of barium calcium zirconate titanate-hydroxyapatite ((Ba,Ca)(Zr,Ti)O3,BCZT)- (Hydroxyapatite, HA), BCZT-HA), and to provide preliminary experimental basis for the clinical application of BCZT-HA as bionic bone implant material for bone defect repair. Human dental pulp stem cells (hDPSCs) were obtained to detect the multidirectional differentiation ability of osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation. Materials containing different HA weight (weight, wt) percentages (%) are prepared by conventional solid-phase sintering method: BCZT, HA, BCZT-HA (5%,10%, 15%,20%,25%,30%wtHA), Scanning electron microscope (SEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD), Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (Energy Dispersive Spectrometer) were used for each group of materials. EDS),piezoelectric constant, water contact Angle and other physical and chemical properties detection; Materials from each group were co-cultured with cells, and the effects of materials from each group on Cell proliferation activity were detected by cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8). 1.Primary hDPSCs were obtained, showed good cell morphology and condition. Flow cytometry showed that the hDPSCs obtained in this study expressed high mesenchymal stem cell phenotypeand had multidirectional differentiation potential. 2.XRD results show that the diffraction peak of BCZT-HA changes with the doping ratio of HA.3. BCZT-HA(5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30%wtHA) has good biocompatibility in this experiment. BCZT-HA has good biocompatibility in this experiment, which can be studied for osteogenic properties and explore the possibility of becoming bionic bone.
