Bone Healing Of 3D Printing Titanium Implant Combined With Mao
To investigate the bone healing effect of micro arc oxidation(MAO)coating on 3D printing personalized titanium implants in vivo. The three-dimensional model of the target tooth root was obtained based on CT imaging technology. The individualized titanium implant with the same shape as the root was constructed by using computer aided design (CAD). The implant wasmanufactured by 3D printing with electron beam melting technology. The micro arc oxidation coating was prepared on the surface of the personalized titanium implant, the bilateral mandibular premolars of beagle dogs were extracted, and the personalized implant was immediately implanted. The osseointegration of implants was observed after operation. Compared with the uncoated group, the surface of the implants in the MAO group was rougher and the element content was more abundant. X-ray and hard tissue sections showed that compared with the uncoated group, the bone around the implant in the micro arc oxidation group was more abundant and more closely combined with the surrounding bone. The electron beam melting 3D printing technology can produce titanium implants that are completely consistent with the target tooth shape. The micro arc oxidation coating can better promote the bone bonding of 3D printed porous personalized titanium implants.
