Expression Of Wnt3a In Dfs And Cells During Osteogenic Differentiation
To investigate the expression of Wnt3a in rat dental follicle tissues and the expression of Wnt3a in the process of osteogenic differentiation of dental follicle cells, so as to explore the role of Wnt3a in the osteogenic differentiation of dental follicle cells. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Wnt3a in rat dental follicle tissues at different time points after birth. Alizarin Red-S and oil red O staining was used to identified the multi-directional differentiation ability of DFC. Western blot was used to detect the expression of Wnt3a in DFC during osteogenic differentiation. At day 1 and 3, no staining was observed in the DFs. At day5, DFs exhibited positive expression for Wnt3a. From days 7 to 13, Wnt3a expression in DFs increased, peaking at day 11. Wnt3a is expressed in rat dental follicle tissues in vivo, and the expression of Wnt3a is promoted by induction of osteogenesis in dental follicle cells in vitro, suggesting that Wnt3a may be involved in the regulation of osteogenic differentiation of dental follicle cells.
