Lngfr Promotes Osteogenic Differentiation Of Emscs
This study aims to investigate the influence of LNGFR on the osteogenesis of EMSCs and elucidate the potential biological mechanism. EMSCs were isolated from embryonic facial processes from an embryonic 16.5-day (E16.5d) pregnant mice and were subsequently induced to undergo osteogenic differentiation in vitro. From the results of circRNA sequencing, growth hormone (GH) signaling pathway played a vital role in osteogenic differentiation of lngfr (-/-) EMSCs. The knockout of LNGFR decreased the proliferation and migration abilities of EMSCs, as well as its ability to differentiate osteoblasts. Exogenous GH signaling stimulates EMSCs osteogenesis by activating the JAK/STAT signaling pathway. LNGFR positively regulate osteogenic differentiation of EMSCs through JAK/STAT signaling pathway-mediated growth hormone signaling pathway.
