Evaluating Oral Tongue Squamous Cell Carcinoma By CTA
To verify the diagnosis value in oral tongue squamous cell carcinoma by CTA multi-dimensional technique In a retrospective study of 44 patients with oral tongue squamous cell carcinoma, the imaging features and indexes were analyzed, and the pathological results were used as the gold standard for diagnosis, and the efficacy of CT plain scan and CTA in the qualitative and quantitative diagnosis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma was evaluated. Among 44 patients, depth of invasion by CTA and histopathological depth of invasion were well correlated, the sensitivity and specificity of plain scan CT in evaluating lymph node metastasis of primary tongue squamous cell carcinoma were 63.16%, 55.56%, 55.56%, respectively, and the sensitivity and specificity of CTA were 94.74%, 55.56%, respectively. The sensitivity and specificity of CT in the evaluation of lymph node metastasis of recurrent tongue squamous cell carcinoma were 50%. The sensitivity and specificity of CTA were 71.43% and 66.67%, respectively. CTA can be used for preoperative diagnosis and staging of oral tongue squamous cell carcinoma and has certain guiding significance for clinical treatment.
