All-On-X In Immediate Restoration Of Edentulous-Jaw Patients.
To analyze implant survival rates and complications in patients undergoing "ALL-ON-X" immediate loading for masticatory/aesthetic restoration (October 2021–April 2024). 27 patients (11 female, 16 male) received 180 implants (75 maxillary, 105 mandibular) using Straumann, Osstem, CDIC, ICX, and Nobel systems. Protocols followed brand-specific guidelines. Immediate full-arch prostheses (insertion torque >35N.cm) were placed, with permanent restorations after 4 months. Imaging (CBCT, panoramic radiographs) and satisfaction surveys were analyzed. 24 patients (153 implants) completed permanent restorations (follow-up: November 2021–August 2024). Overall implant survival: 98.89% (98.70% for permanent). Complications: 1 implant fracture (mechanical) and 1 loosening (maxilla, severe bone resorption). No significant marginal bone loss. Satisfaction: Chewing efficiency: 100% Appearance restoration: 100% Speech function: 89.29% Food impaction: 78.60% "ALL-ON-X" achieved high survival rates and patient satisfaction. Limitations include small sample size; long-term outcomes require larger studies.
