Dynamic Risk Management In Dental Unit Maintenance

To Look for safety and availability evaluation indicators of dental unit through a nationwide online survey. A questionnaire survey was conducted according to the five-point Likert scale for the dental unit failure. Select the items of influencing factors of safety availability by evaluating the dental unit fault prone degree of each part. Questionnaire reliability was validated by credibility analysis. 1)High-failure part of the dental unit included instrument trays, dental lights, and floor boxes ; 2) Screen out core safety inspection items and quantify safety maintenance indicators. Through the screening of safety evaluation indicators for quantitative evaluation, it provides standardized solutions for equipment risk management and preventive maintenance, and helps the standardized development of the industry.
