PLX3397-Induced Microglial Ablation Alters Adipose Tissue Accumulation in a Male–Female-Dependent Manner Under High-Energy-Diet Feeding

Overall, the results underscore the importance of accounting for sex differences in the design and application of microglia-targeted interventions.
