Clinical efficacy of ulinastatin and budesonide combination therapy in pelvic fracture complicated by pulmonary contusion
The combination of ulinastatin and budesonide demonstrated significant efficacy in improving lung function indices, modulating immune responses, and reducing inflammation and oxidative stress in individuals with pelvic fractures complicated by pulmonary contusion. The combination therapy exhibited a favorable safety profile, may serve as a potential treatment approach.
