Problems, Causes, and Strategies of Public Fitness Service Supply — Based on the Practice of “One-Stop” Tai Chi Service at Hubei University of Chinese Medicine

This study takes the one-stop student community of Hubei University of Chinese Medicine as the research scenario, explores the problems and optimization paths of national fitness service supply in the popularization of Tai Chi, and provides support for colleges and universities to improve the service system, deepen the “simultaneous development of five educations” and promote cultural inheritance. A mixed “online+offline” research method was adopted, with 600 questionnaires distributed (548 valid ones recovered, with a recovery rate of 91.33%), 15 interviews conducted, and 15 on-site observations carried out. Through comprehensive analysis of data and feedback, it is found that the service supply has problems such as insufficient adaptation of content to scenarios, needs and the “Shizhen Spirit”. Therefore, it is necessary to realize the adaptation of services to community scenarios and educational goals through scenario-based precise content design, school-community resource integration and full-process mechanism guarantee, so as to promote the inheritance of Tai Chi culture and the “Shizhen Spirit”.
