Recursive zero coprime equivalence of nD polynomial matrices

Abstract In this paper, we investigate the zero coprime equivalence problem for multivariate polynomial matrices. First, exploiting the framework of zero coprime equivalence, we present a recursive approach for the reduction problem of multivariate polynomial matrices. Then, we propose a criterion and its corresponding algorithm about this recursive reduction. Finally, we give an example to illustrate the main results.
