Clinical Outcome and Quality of Life After Frey Procedure and Longitudinal Pancreaticojejunostomy for Chronic Pancreatitis
Both Frey procedure and LPJ provided durable pain relief and improved quality of life. Surgical selection should be guided by pancreatic morphology to optimize long-term pain outcomes.
