The effect of training based on the James Brown model on the quality of nursing care in the trauma department
The findings of this study demonstrated the efficacy of the educational intervention based on the James Brown model in improving various aspects of nursing care and the overall quality of nursing care. This educational model may be taken into consideration in the planning of health interventions by health policy makers to promote the health status of the community.
