New Codes for Stand-Alone Immunization Counseling in 2026

Beginning with services provided on and after January 1, 2026, pediatric physicians and other qualified health care professionals (QHPs) will report immunization counseling that does not result in same-date immunization administration (IA) with unique time-based codes.
