Emergent universe model in F(T) gravity with bulk viscosity
In this paper, we have presented emergent universe (EU) models in the teleparallel ([Formula: see text], where [Formula: see text] denotes torsion) gravity for a flat Friedmann–Robertson–Walker space-time with and without dissipative effects. In the teleparallel gravity, the Lagrangian of the gravitational action contains a general function [Formula: see text], where [Formula: see text], [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] are dimensional constants. We have studied the EU model in [Formula: see text] theory of gravity, with a phenomenological choice [Formula: see text]. The bulk viscous dissipative effect is described by Eckart theory and Truncated Israel Stewart theory. The characteristics of the various cosmological parameters such as equation of state parameters, bulk viscous pressure, energy density, scale factor, Hubble parameter, deceleration parameter, jerk prameter and distant modulus are studied in EU models. Constraints on cosmological models parameters are estimated considering recent cosmological observed data set. The EU models in teleparallel gravity are supported by recent cosmic observational results.
