Clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis analysis of stage IB non-small cell lung cancer—a retrospective study from a Chinese medical center
Major pathologic type was not a risk factor for stage IB NSCLC. Postoperative adjuvant therapy did not benefit patients with stage IB NSCLC. In stage IB LUAD, pleural invasion, presence of STAS, and absence of GGO were independent risk factors. In stage IB LUSC, having STAS was an independent risk factor.
