Generalized bullous haemorrhagic pyoderma gangrenosum following tick-borne encephalitis vaccination
Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a relatively rare, painful and rapidly progressive ulcerative skin disease resulting from an exaggerated immune response, most often in association with systemic disorders. While PG has only rarely been reported after vaccination, COVID-19 vaccines have been the predominant trigger in published cases. We report what appears to be the first case of PG following immunization against tick-borne encephalitis.
