Bilateral granulomatous lesions

A 64-year-old woman presented with a 9-month history of painless, enlarging nodules on bilateral cheeks, with occasional brown discharge. The patient had received dermal filler injections into her lips and cheeks 5 years earlier. We describe a reaction to dermal filler and its management.
