Low‐Cost WS 2 Photodetector on Water‐Soluble Paper for Transient Electronics (Adv. Funct. Mater. 44/2025)
Paper Electronics In their Research Article (10.1002/adfm.202509505) Gulsum Ersu, Andres Castellanos-Gomez, and co-workers report a fully water-soluble photodetector based on abraded WS2 and pencil-drawn graphite electrodes on a soluble paper substrate. The device exhibits stable optoelectronic performance, flexibility, and rapid degradability, offering a promising step toward sustainable and recyclable electronic technologies.
