Two new species of the genus Dolichopus Latreille (Diptera, Dolichopodidae, Dolichopodinae) from the Mongolian Plateau
Two new species of the genus Dolichopus Latreille (Diptera: Dolichopodidae) from the Mongolian Plateau are described: Dolichopus (Dolichopus) apiciflavus sp. nov. and D. (D.) qiani sp. nov. One species was newly recorded from Mongolia. A key to the Dolichopus species from the Mongolian Plateau and a geographic distribution map are provided. • Two new species of the genus Dolichopus from Mongolian Plateau are described: Dolichopus (Dolichopus) apiciflavus sp. nov., and Dolichopus (Dolichopus) qiani sp. nov. • Dolichopus (Dolichopus) apicimaculatus Qian, Ding, Yang & Wang, 2023 is newly recorded from Mongolia. • A key to the Dolichopus species from the Mongolian Plateau and a geographic distribution map are provided.
