This study investigated the relationship between perception, preference, and satisfaction with waxing services for men and women aged 20-50 years and older, in order to secure basic data for research in this field and establish a service marketing strategy. This study investigated perception, preference, and satisfaction with waxing services to obtain baseline data for research in this area. The results revealed that the study subjects had a high level of perception and knowledge of waxing services and a certain level of perception of post-treatment behavior. Furthermore, the subjects had a positive preference for the convenience and quality of waxing services, indicating a high level of satisfaction. A correlation analysis was conducted between perception, preference, and satisfaction with waxing services. The subdomains of waxing service perception, perception and knowledge level, post-management behavior and perception, and the subdomains of waxing service preference, convenience, service quality, and post-treatment behavior were found to be positively(+) correlated with waxing service satisfaction. Analysis of the effect of perception of waxing services on satisfaction revealed that perception and knowledge and post-treatment behavior and perception had significant positive effects on waxing service satisfaction. Furthermore, regarding the effect of preference for waxing services on satisfaction, convenience, service quality, and post-treatment behavior were found to have significant positive effects on waxing service satisfaction. Therefore, these results suggest that perception and preference for waxing services influence satisfaction, and that these factors are all correlated. Therefore, perception, preference, and satisfaction with waxing services are considered important factors in marketing strategies in this field.
