Abstract

In the context of the strategy of sociocultural and economic development of society, the article presents the conceptual foundations of advanced education that meets the requirements for training specialists in high-tech industries. The relevance of advanced education is due to the emergence of an innovative strategy in higher education aimed at updating the concept of a specialist in post-industrial production in the context of the educational paradigm of the 21st century. The concept of advanced education is based on the need to train qualified specialists for rapidly developing industries, whose scientific and technical training meets the requirements of professional and personal development. The author presents an approach to the problem under consideration within the framework of the modern educational paradigm, which reflects the trend of advanced education development in relation to research knowledge and the content of education. The development of the research basis in the course of the implementation of the leading functions of the process of education, upbringing and personal development, the formation of the central subject of knowledge – the subject of education, as a bearer of a new type of professional competencies, determines the idea of advanced training of research-type specialists. The content of advanced education is dynamically built up from the cognitive strategy of the learner (student), which is based on the search for new things and their objectification in the conditions of industry activity (current classes and types of practices, scientific and research activities in the conditions of the university educational process and industry research at enterprises).
